Title: Malaga - Identity of Vessel in Madrid-Lopez Floating Dry Dock
Post by: PietB on October 17, 2017, 02:54:21 PM
Hi All

Was wondering if anyone knew the identity of the cargo vessel - (general cargo or small bunker about 5,000grt, freshly pointed red) in the above mentioned location?

With thanks

Piet

Thanks David.

I saw the Bahia de Alcudia, but she was out of the dock and moored against the quay. So it wasn't her I'm afraid. Also in dock were the Sichem Aneline and the small RoRo Festivo. Otherwise very quiet.

It looked to me that the vessel in the floating dry-dock had just had a complete re-paint - so no name or other identification visible.

Many thanks for your reply in any event.

All

Thanks for your comments. Very helpful. My apologies, maybe she was the vessel in the dry dock, which raises the question of the identity of the small general cargo vessel moored directly to the west of and the same quay as the  Festivo - not shown on AIS. (Time 6pm 16.10.17)

Thanks
