Title: CHIEFTAIN - but which?
Post by: Jens Boldt on December 04, 2016, 01:22:38 PM
Hi all,

can anyone help with some data (possibly an IMO number) for this one:
http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=19958#

Is this the later converted 1930's Chieftain, IMO 5070127?

I can't tell from the photos I found around here...

Cheers,
Jens

Hi Jens,

Juergen is correct, she is wearing the funnel colours of Steel and Bennie.

best regards

Yes, you are both right - interestingly, one has to go by the name as she had the same funnel colours for her first 20 years as ST EVAL.
