Hi
Strange message received that my photo was NOT the right size. But other sites, i.e., vessel finder and Marine Traffic accepted the same photos OK. ::) ::) >:( >:(

What size were the images>
The site requires image sizes between 768 x 768 pixels and 4000 x 4000 pixels.
Marinetraffic accepts larger images.

Hi Owen, since the revamp of the site, the maximum size is 10000x10000, the minimum size remained the same.

Hi Owen, since the revamp of the site, the maximum size is 10000x10000, the minimum size remained the same.
The "Site Standards (https://www.shipspotting.com/support/2)" still list a max of 4000x4000 and 4MB, so they maybe need to be updated. I've been continuing to reduce photos, but maybe I don't need to anymore.

You are absolutely correct and the site standards are currently under revision.

Good news, I didn't know it had changed, so we'll change the standards in the camera...

How long does the revision process typically take for the site standards?

Hi Tony
That is depending on the time and priorities of the webmaster. Parts have recently been updated, including the change to an increased resolution. Are there currently issue you want to see being addressed urgently?
Cheers
