I think we are off-track here, the site is about ship photographs of ships not drawings

Judging by the size of the ship, there should have been at least 2-3 more bow thrusters. Also, some 2 more stern thrusters as well & all of them to be placed above the shafts.  Actually, for a modern cruise ship it'd be common to just use some 2-4 azipods at the stern rather than all of what's currently there.
