Over the past few days the former Middlesbrough nightclub ship Tuxedo Royale has started to sink on her berth at Able UK on the River Tees at Middlesbrough.

Shipping News and information / SeaDragon projects for UK, being sent to Singapore

News of the 2 SeaDragon Offshore projects that were to be built on the Tees by Tees Alliance Group (TAG) are being moved to Singapore. Even though a last ditch attempt by Tyne Tees Rigs to keep the projects in the UK.

These have now been lost with work going out of the UK.

Just to let you know that HM Customs vessel, HMCC Valiant is moored up in the Jackson Dock, Hartlepool Marina this weekend for the Hartlepool Maritime Festival.

Trip reports / FURNESS HARTLEPOOL berthed in Hartlepool

mv FURNESS HARTLEPOOL has been berthed in Hartlepool Docks. She is expected to set sail at approx 1500hrs on 22/03/2008.

Managed to take some early morning photos of her this morning. Fighting against the very strong winds, which was throwing the camera all over the place so was taking a while to get the camera to stay still.

I believe this is only her second visit to Hartlepool.

I will be uploading some pics to my website in the next few days.
