Nice interesting site, I do have an image of Haulbowline lighthouse at the entrance to Carlingford Lough but as it was taken from a distance from a moving boat the quality might not suit, it can be viewed from http://i804.photobucket.com/albums/yy323/theoc81/Artemis30052010169.jpg?t=1325375055

She must be replaceing the smaller Marus which was running this route for C2C Lines and continued through to today when Marus went to Rotterdam from Dublin bypassing Radicatel.

She  has moved to Radicatel in France in the past few days and is now moving out from the port, but no destination showing as of yet, hopefully a new lease of life for her after her long layup, also many thanks for the info on the subject.

Shipping News and information / C2C Astralis/ Arx
« on: April 09, 2011, 04:12:51 PM »
This containership used to be called C2C Astralis, after ending the Warrenpoint > Waterford > Zeebrugge that she was on she was laid up in Rotterdam for a while before moving to Tillbury last January where her AIS started to show her new name Arx. Ais has been transmitting on and off and I was wondering if anyone had any information on her or if there are any plans for her future,
Many thanks in advance,
Owen.

I would not be happy eating the corn knowing that the fumes from it alone could be toxic  :-X,

Being a quiet member here for sometime, and also an unregistered user for some time before that I just want to say what attracted me to the site so much. While Clipper Point was under construction in Spain images of the build where almost immediately avaliable on the site, if ever a an unrecognisable vessel appeared on port arrivals I could be guranteed that at least one image would appear on here. Whereas I do believe there have to be certain standards to images I also believe the quantity does help.
