"New anchorage in North Sea

As a result of the ever-rising numbers of ocean-going vessels wanting to anchor in the North Sea near to the port of Rotterdam, the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management has designated a new anchoring area. It is anchorage 6, just over 15 kilometres northwest of Scheveningen. It is located along the route to Scandinavia and the Baltic states. Anchorage 6 can accommodate about fifteen vessels.

Last year, there was a marked increase in the popularity of the anchorages in the North Sea. A lot of tankers anchor here, awaiting orders or just

Sensable devlopement all this.

Question about this;
"If a photograph is deleted without notification you will be able to see it if you open up My Photos go to the far right on the taskbar and open up Deleted Photos."

I had a look at this new feature, it works fine. I can imagine however that deleted photos get scrapped in the end to free storage space on the server.
What's the span of time for this?

Idea for innovation!
Why not build thrusters inside the wall to help ships get free from the wall?
Supposing that ships use outward thrusters to get TO the wall.

Thanks for the comments all.
An astronomical telescope, seems most likely. Still what where the guys looking at by daytime in a horizontal direction. Furthermore they were looking land-inward down the new waterway.
Would such a telescope capture the whole waterway? And, yes there was something like a computer attached to it. So they might make some still images with that?
By the way, there's no second telescope on the right. That's a bench.

I'm not too worried about the place being shut down. It's a public place open to all, and above all, this is the Netherlands, you would not encounter any problems taking pictures easily. Though I can imagine you get to be send away near enclosed terrains by security guards.

Rozenburg/Rotterdam spotting hill. Never seen anything like it.
Seems to me you can spot a fly on a ships windscreen at a 5 miles
distance with this.

try this web site of "Vereniging de binnenvaart":

http://www.debinnenvaart.nl/pagina/38/

they publish books, index here:

http://www.debinnenvaart.nl/boekenindex/

for identification of inland vessels I use their extensive database:

http://www.debinnenvaart.nl/schepen_home/

Tip: when taking pictures of inland vessels make sure you get the ENI or EU number
on the side or aft of the superstructure. Many inland vessels have the same name.
