Demolished in 2013.  The Dutch-language Wikipedia has an article:
https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationaal_Zeemanshuis_(Antwerpen) (https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internationaal_Zeemanshuis_(Antwerpen)).

On the demolition is says something like:

Quote
In 2004, the city of Antwerp launched a major re-evaluation project for the Schipperskwartier. In the district, they had struggled for years to reduce prostitution and criminal commercial practices. The Falconplein-Zeemanshuis zone was a crucial leverage project. Although the city council wanted to maintain the existing Internationaal Zeemanshuis in the design, the concept of the German-Dutch design agency Rapp + Rapp was selected, which firmly opted for the demolition of the Internationaal Zeemanshuis. Despite numerous efforts by national and international heritage organisations, action groups and neighbourhood committees, the building was demolished in 2013.

There is a new one now, supported by the ITF:
