Hello all, I'm trying to source the General Arrangement plans for the Phoenix Vigor or Toba VLCCs but unfortunately I'm not having much luck.
I've sent one or two emails to the best addresses I could find but sadly didn't receive any replies.
Can anyone supply me with an address or tell me where I could find the General Arrangement plans?.
I've also found a couple of VLCCs that share the same design(Toyo, Bright Harmony/Serifos) but are there any other VLCCs that have this design?.
