Good Day,
I am looking for the former names of this vessel?I am pretty sure she was built in Canada.

Yes, she was built in Canada as Rupert Brand VIII.
She then became Zerda and Paraclete before becoming Cabo Tinoso Dos in Feb 1999. Hope this helps.
