Milford Haven Port Authority say they need a bigger berth... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-23592133 ...So why don't they build one, the decision is theirs alone. Their port, their cost, why should we as taxpayers fund it!

In all the 39 years I've been involved with merchant shipping I have never come across the term 'Sunday Trader'; can anyone please explain the term?
