gd,

I have been reading about the Gloria Siderum (IMO : 7006754) lately, one of the first dedicated heavy lift vessels in the world.
She was constructed of two similar coasters (Hermes, IMO 514914 & Hada II, IMO 513945) welded together in 1969. she was equipped with a 300 tons derrick on the stb-side hull.

See some pics & info on her: <http://beejee.home.xs4all.nl/1960-02/HADA-II-26-10-06.htm>.

She was sold in 1983 to Multi Services Shipping Co from Panama and renamed Multi Service 300 to be used in the offshore industry.

In 1993 she was sold to be scrapped in Amsterdam.

There are some pictures of her while sailing as Gloria Siderum for HOLSCHER SHIPPING BV from the Netherlands and from her on the scrapyard in Amsterdam but I haven't been able to find any of her time as Multi Service 300.

Does anybody on here have some pictures from that time or information about what she actually did in that time?
Would be much appreciated.

Thanks & Grtz
Bart
