Title: Ship spotting in Europe (2)
Post by: Russell Judge on August 10, 2012, 09:21:36 AM
Has anyone out there any experience of The Straights of Gibraltar? Thames Ship Society go on a fairly regular basis although Tarifa appears to be closest to the N. African coast. Facing south would appear to a problem but maybe also weather conditions. I have a spotting telescope so bit of digiscoping is a possibility and a Sigma 150-500 zomm with 2 x extender but even so, would it be better to go Ceuta and photograph north?
