7.4 miles south-east of Cape Povorotnyy in Primorsky Krai, Russia reported a fire in the engine room of m/v "Seachampion" on her trip to Vladivostok (home port) on Thursday, August 7.
Total on board of Seachampion were 15.
Three crew memmbers,including the captain are still on a board of the Seachampion. The remaining 11 were evacuated and unfortunately the Chief Engineer dead.
Soon the ship will be towed to Vladivostok, ITAR-TASS reported.
