Good day,

Does anyone know if an investigation report is on going for that incident ?

Have not seen anything in that respect on the French Bea Mer website, perhaps the Spanish Maritime Authorities are looking at it ?

Good day,

Can we have some update about the operations going on in Bilbao onboard Modern Express ?

I have been reading that initial Survey indicated that the cargo of sawn timber did not shift, if this is correct that would mean that the root cause for the sudden list may be related to ballast tanks.
