Does anyone knows if there is any reason to ships turn off the radar antenna when they are in the locks of Kiel Canal?

According to some media in Portugal, Betanzos is already free and is being towed to Lisbon harbour.

Hello everyone,

I have a doubt... Currently in service, which is the longest ship in the world? I'm not sure if it is the Barzan (IMO 9708851).
As I know that the Prelude (IMO 9648714) is referred as a Floating Liquefied Natural Gas (FLNG), when she is in service, cannot be described as a ship, if I'm not mistaken.
