My own backyard is once again going to host laid up ships, Mats ofcourse I will be taking photos, give me a call when youre heading down here.

The word in todays paper is that the ship is still under contract and will be taking on a new contract at the Norwegian Snow White field up in the north of norway (New gas field).

The paper also tells that more ships are on the way to Holmestrand, I will try to find some old images from the eighties when we had a full house of supertankers for years down here.

Yesterday the Norwegian Bulker carrying Asphalt after collision with the fishing vessel Tojak. All of the crew was saved.

Trip reports / Anybody going to the Shipspotting meeting in Cuxhaven 3 of September ???

Hi All,

I am travelling from Norway by car friday the 2nd with ferry from Langesund to Skagen(Denmark), Visiting the german shipsotting meeting at the Elbe/kiel Canal entrance.

Leaving back the evening saturday taking the night ferry to Norway from Skagen.

Have available seats for 2 shipspotters!!
