Serious incident involving the vehicle carrier "Golden Ray", situation still developing.

Vessel has practically capsized, 4 crew members unaccounted for.

Big legal issue to be decided regarding which salvage company has the right to cut up Golden Ray where she lies capsized:  https://www.wabe.org/dire-warning-in-ship-salvage-lawsuit-not-repeated-in-court/

Seems that there is a difference of opinion as to the size of salvaged pieces and which is the safest size to cutoff, environmentally speaking.
