I've also been getting this for a couple of weeks, is it something to do with showing the speed the vessel is travelling.
Personally I don't like it, it clutters up my display to much, also I've not found a way of turning it off.

Hello Allan,

No problem, praise where praise is due.

I'm trying to encourage others in my area, who have a shipping interest, to purchase the book. As like you I hope there will be future editions.
Although we can find out much online these days, I always find a book a valuable source of information, and something that can be looked back in future years.
Thanks again.

Many thanks to Allan RO, for finding a new publisher, and not allowing OCEAN SHIPS (now OCEAN FLEETS) to fade  away, like so many other good books
I now have my copy, and I'm very impressed. Surprisingly up to date. At 400 pages, its bigger that the last Ocean Ships, and much much bigger than my oldest 1964 edition. Thanks Allan

I can confirm Norasia Bellatrix has been anchored off Torbay for a couple of days. Very light ship.
