Seatrades Eastern Bay just experienced an engine failure and drop her anchor just outside Hoek van Holland. 2 Kotugs were within minutes on the scene and are connected now.
They are towing her back into the direction of Rotterdam.

Easter Bay managed to start her engines and just left the breakwaters and is at sea now.
