Hello my name is Ricardo Levy, I am from Panama and i am needing a cadetship onboard any vessel so that i can accomplish the seatime required training according to STCW/95. I have all the necessary documentation (US Visa, IMO courses, etc,).
As most of you might know, going onboard as a cadet is the first step to become an officer, so please let me know if any of you know about any vacancy for a deck cadet.
