Need Contact Help

Not sure if I have the Right forum or not, but I need to contact a cargo vessel currently in port in Shanghai, China. I believe they have powered down their Inmarsat station and I have an emergency message for one of the crew.

Any ideas? Thanks.

The best way is probably to call the vessel's manager, and try to obtain the contact details of the vessel's local agent. He we be able to give you contact information on the vessel, and/or is able to pass the massage through. The vessel's manager might also be able to provide you with the vessel's contact details, though are not always willing to provide them to third parties.
