Not offhand. Tell us more Dean, where have you seen this name and why do you ask?

A ship by that name is due St. John's on Oct 7, but I can't find anything on her at all.

Thanks

Ah, interesting !

My first instinct is a mis-spelling / misreport of another Maersk ship, perhaps "Maersk Arun" - but she's in the Eastern Med, so can't be her

I'll keep looking

There's no ship currently sailing with the name "Maersk Aaron". It's feasible that a ship could be in the process of being renamed, but this usually occurs when a ship is already in port. My gut feeling is that someone has made it up, or seriously mixed up some names.

Probably referring to M/T Maersk Erin, a former Brostrom ship which left Montreal on Monday morning.  Erin is an Irish name and Aaron is Hebrew but they are both pronounced the same.
