Tugs - ID reqd. TG 66, 209 and 217. Singapore & Laem Chabang
« on: September 16, 2011, 07:42:12 PM »
Can anyone help me identify three tugs? Unfortunatly I dont have photographs. I have struggled to find out anything on them despite the web. First was seen in singapore on 9/4/11 - Due to the number of old tyres all I could see was TG66 on the side. The other two were seen in Laem Chabang on 13/4/11 they were moored together near the entrance to the port, the only identification were the numbers 209 and 217. Hopefully there is someone out there who sees or knows these tugs and can give me some info.

Stephen,

Th etwo tugs at Laem Chabang are the Tarua 209 and Tarua 217 (unfortunately I don't have photographs). Not sure about the identity of teh tug in Singapore but the TG66 is a local registration number.

Richard.
