under "normal" circumstances - this would certainly be the chance for a good movie...


...however, given the usual biased, ill-informed approach of media and artists (including movie makers) to maritime and ship related subjects and matters, I am afraid it will be another populism driven anti-ship, anti - shipping business story, where ships and shipping are scapegoats for ecologists...

I am afraid - the inspiration for Disney to buy rights to film such a story came from "Deepwater Horizon" case...  and the main focus in the movie will not be the bravery of rescuers at sea, but the oil spill aspect itself...
