Shipspotting in Charleston, SC
« on: March 08, 2011, 01:50:00 PM »
Hi. I'm headed to Charleston, SC, for a week with my kids. Once at the aquarium there they posted a list of incoming and outgoing ships, but so far I can't find anything online. Does anybody have any information about good places to watch the ships and find out more information them (what they're carrying, where they've come from, etc).?

Thanks,
John.

That's an excellent start! Thank you. If anybody else has any suggestions on good vantage points to view the ships I'd love to hear them. Thanks again.

if you like history when in charleston  stop into the hunley musieum (excuse spelling)and you will be able to see lots ships down there but the city is very confusing to get around with out a good map or directions
