Lisco Gloria suffered a fire on her upper vehicle deck in the latter part of 2010 resulting in the lost of the vessel.

Does anyone have information as to the cause of the fire?

Yes I have seen this thread and other stories on this vessel. What I can not find is information on what was the cause. It has been reported that the fire started in a cargo unit but not why. Any more information that you can find would be most welcome.

it is believed that the refrigeration unit in one of the trailers caught fire and subsequently burning coolant and hydraulic oil spilled on the deck to the other trailers.

The original reports stated what you say, incident started with a fire in one of the cargo units. In itself a very serious matter. But what caused this incident to escalate to the point that the result was the total lost of the vessel.
Was poor watch keeping a factor?
Was there cargo in this unit that caused the incident to get out of control?
Was there cargo in the surrounding units that caused the incident to get out of control?

I suspect that there was a inquiry conducted into the incident. What were the conclusions?
