The yacht Rhodora and ferry Citta di Formia

I am seeking info about the ferry Citta di Formia who collided with the yacht Rhodora outside the island Ponza in Italy in 1969.
Any info and pics of both vessel would be very helpful, also info about ownership of the ferry.
This may be the Italian ferry in question, but i dont know for sure.
