What are the best channels/frequencies for listening to ship movements in Liverpool & Aberdeen?

1st of course Channel 16
Vessel traffic services are working on Channel 12.
I think these two will be most interesting for listening.

Bob, for the Mersey they use channel 9 156.450 and 12 156.600 the Liverpool Pilots use channel 11 156.550

Aberdeen use channels 11 and 12 156.550 and 156.600.

http://forum.shipais.com has a strong Merseyside contingent and am sure would help you with any additional freqs.
