these e-class vessels are very good ships. not least because of their size whicn allows for some very good design features! The engine room is by far the best layed out of any ship I've been on yet! Everything is positioned so that it is easy to get to and are positioned in a logical way!

Also, OSS and maersk have put a lot of thought into designing these vessels with optimum fuel effieciency! The hull design is VERY efficient. The waste heat recovery even draws heat from the scavengine air through the pre coolers and the system constantly seeks to maximize output on the shaft by automatically increasing the load on the turbine generator as much as possible. Very clever ship
