I see that the Marine Accident Investigation Board (MAIB) have produced their Preliminary Report into the grounding of the QE2 in the Solent back in November:

It was rather hilarious to watch the antics of the SP launch when the ship grounded; round and round, back and forth in a proper tizz wozz!
