Hi All

According to ShipAIS AIS traces, Histria Perla 9301287 changed her name to Astria Perla at 09:00 on 22 December, whilst at Nab Anchorage.  Neither Marine Traffic nor Southampton VTS have reported this change,and she was still listed as visiting Esso Fawley under the Histria name. Of course any change won't be reported in Equasis until their next Lloyds update.
Has anyone any proof of the change.

Are you sure it isn't a typo?
Only Shipais shows that name. Marine traffic shows Histria Perla left Fawley yesterday with destination Dakar 8th Jan.

The change was definite, could not have been a typo, if you go back through AISlive history it definitely changed at 09.00 on 22nd.  Not sure yet if any of the Calshot lot got a pic.

Allan - what is AISlive showing now?  According to Sea-Web she passed Canary Islands yesterday for Dakar as HISTRIA PERLA (I take it this is a feed from AISlive).  MarineTraffic shows the same.

Roro CROWLEY AMERICAS (IMO 8501476) changed name to NAVDHENU SWIFT at Cape Town.  Had been rumoured en route for scrapping, but choice of name and change to Indian flag suggests further trading in fleet of Arcadia Shipping Ltd, Mumbai.
