Unfortunately, it is difficult to understand. Specialy if you are Europian. I'm leaving in Russia. I'm calling this
country as "Country of uncompetent persons". Can you
belive that Deputy Minister of Marine Transport of Russia
is former pilot? But not a marine pilot! He is former
military pilot from MIG-29! 8-)
