Pollution on West Point of Russia

About 2 tons of black oil has poured out today as a result of failure conteyner  under the guise Chyprus at a sea mooring of the Kaliningrad area, have informed in the press-service of regional management of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia. Incident has occured in nearby 07:00 Moscow time at mooring conteyner in the third sea pool of Baltiysk. The vessel has touched a mooring and has received a hole in a board and a fuel tank in the size 80 on 8 see In a fuel tank there was a black oil. The crew has noticed a hole only early in the morning. By this time from a fuel tank has poured out about 2 tons of black oil, having polluted water area of sea pool the area 160 on 30 meters. Owing to operatively accepted measures on statement obstacles and to absence of waves, fuel in the high sea is not has left.
