History of HMS Decibel (ex Bournemouth Belle (1951)

I am interested in the history of “HMS Decibel”, after 1955. She was built by J. Bolson & Son (yard no 469). She was due to be named “Bournemouth Belle” (Bournemouth-Isle of Wight). Before entering service she was sold to the Admiralty and named “HMS Decibel”.
