Unknown bucket dredge sunk in Tulcea

I have been researching bucket dredges for a number of years.
The ones that are active, the ones that sank but can be seen or were seen on Google Maps or Google Earth.

Here are 2 images so you can see what I am talking about:





This type of grab dredge comes in many forms: propelled barge, non-propelled barge, ships type, etc.

I knew that in Sulina, Tulcea, there were several bucket dredges of this type.

Here between Sulina and Tulcea I found a bucket dredge and on Google Maps it is marked as Epavă (shipwreck).



If you zoom in you can see this:



If you zoom in closer you can see this:



Closer and you see this:



It looks like any other boat, but here there is Street View:



This can be seen with Street View there you can see a sunken bucket dredge.



If we zoom in the Street View we can see this:



That sign says something I didn't understand.
