Upload if ship with no IMO and Port actually not possible

Hi folks,
it is now the second evening, when  I am not able to post a vessel I have seen in Norway in a fjord (no port) and with no IMO.
What happened ??

Happened to me too yesterday. I just made up an IMO, entered 123456 and it worked.

Unfortunately still does not work. Also, hardly any inland vessels are uploaded.

These problems started morning 16th June, as mentioned under "Soon - New website design".
I have send Hugo and Admin a message about it, no answer yet.
Problems: IMO irrelevant not allowed, Unknown location not allowed, characters like / converted to ;#F22#: or similar.
