Mega Regina- Liveshipsmap

I have been seeing many 'Mega Regina's (under different flags) on the Liveshipsmap. Destination is Peppe Meo. What are these ships? They start their route from Italy to Suez, Malta, Turkey, Greece... Are they real?

Despite the variety of flags, they all seem to use the same Italian call-sign IBDD.
Could they be temporary IDs for yacht deliveries?
