The offshore support vessel Malaviya Twenty which has been subject of a legal tug of war between various parties seems set to be sold and all dues including crews wages to be paid in full.
Interesting to see the captains loyalty even after receiving no wages but refusing to abandon the ship as apparently anyone boarding an abandoned vessel can claim ownership,is this true?
