Swan Hellenic Cruises?

As Minerva 11 is to be transferred to Princess Cruises and renamed Royal Princess, is this the end for Swan Hellenic as they will not have a ship?

There are very strong rumours that Holland America/Carnival have offered Prinsendam and the Good Will of Swan Hellenic, (names and addresses of their customers),to Saga Cruises. I guess it's "Watch this space" :lol:
