For Quebec region ship spotter,

ice is stop near portneuf this morning feb. 14. Ships anchored waiting for ccgs Pierre Radisson to clear the ice.  Picture to come if possible.

Well, not severe ice condition. OOCL Belgium transit trough the ice and break the jam. CCGS Pierre Radisson still on the way but no emergency anymore.
