It seems, there are a lot of difficulties in the OSV-scene of Norway.
Just found:
HAVILA Shipping will be forced to seek bancruptcy on Monday, 28. Nov. The firm will know its fate tomorrow by 3 p.m.

FARSTAD Shipping is taken over bei SIEM.

A fool speaks, because he has to say something.
A wise fool is silent, because there is nothing to say.
A fool is silent, because he has nothing to say.

For clarification, Farstad Shipping is not being taken over by Siem Offshore. Kristian Siem, an investor in Siem offshore, Subsea 7 and Star Reefers has taken a controlling stake (51%) in Farstad Shipping ASA. There is no suggestion at this stage that the Farstad/Siem offshore fleets will merge.
