After see has been towed as casco to Doordrecht area (near Rotterdam) in 2010 see has been laid up since.

Today I passed here see was laying in Rotterdam, IJsselmonde with the hatchcover been removed en all stantions disappeared.

Does someone knows why that happened and what will happend to this casco ??

It appears that this vessel has been renamed NECON 1 and is under conversion to a Heavy Load Carrier, semi submersible vessel by Concordia Shipbuilding BV.

Hello Ron,

Many thanks for link very interesting that they want such a small cargo vessel as a haevy lift ship.

Yesterday the name was still Flintercoral on her bow on the stern her name disappeared.
