Hi there!

It's very hard with such small pictures and without other details. There is a famous bunkering company called Aegean Marine Petroleum with blue ships, so you can eventually try to compare with their fleet if your photo is more or less recent http://www.ampni.com/el/index.php?about=11
One interesting detail may help you, here the Freefall lifeboat is on Starboard side which is unusual.

Good luck to all for identifying this vessel!

Ron

THanks for your help with trying to identfy the ship any further informaton is I can is that I believe it was taken between 1st November and 30th November 2013 and the ship it was bunkering with a container ship. I beleive it is a coaster rather then a tanker due to the shape of the boat but any idesas will be grateful

It's definitely a tanker - a bunkering tanker. A dry cargo coaster doesn't 'bunker' other ships. Unfortunately the photo is far too small to be of much use. The only other thing that might help is a location.

I think, this vessel comes from St John's.I can't read the name. The name consists of three parts. The big one is a maersk container vessel.
