She's USCG Doc # 558925, built in 1943 as the US Navy's WATSEKA, YTB-387 by Ira Bushey in Brooklyn, NY. Now operates for Star Marine of Bainbridge Island as
GLEN COVE, IMO 8991619. As BEAVER, she was owned in 1976 by a Robert E Simmons of the Simmons Tugboat Company, possibly explaining the "S" stack logo, who at the time seems to have also owned the 1929-built tug CHIEF.
