Lyubov Orlova (IMO 7391434)
« on: March 26, 2014, 12:47:26 PM »
Lyubov Orlova (IMO 7391434) small expedition type cruise ship 4,250 grt reported drifting (un-manned) in Atlantic without recent sightings. I was unsure from Internet searches and lack of recent photos if her fate had earlier or more recently been ascertained ?

See http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/weird-news/lyubov-orlova-ghost-ship-adrift-3052924 and similar tabloid and other press coverage.

Thank you Phil and Fergal for your helpful replies. I apologise for re-posting this as I had not found the earlier threads suggesting she had since foundered.

I am pleased that the press headline of a "ghost ship crewed by cannibal rats heading for our coast" etc can now be filed amongst other tabloid scare stories.
