Toisa Envoy Heading To Flushing

Good Evening All Tug Spotters,

A quick heads up for you, the new Toisa Envoy has just departed from Dundee to dry dock in Flushing.

Currently the basic ETA will be around 17:00hrs LT on the 12th Feb for the pilot boarding station, obviously this will change but along with many pm's I have sent to my many Dutch tugspotter friends on this site I thought I would let you know.
