The 1,499 ton general cargo vessel, Sesam (IMO 8110643), had to be rescued off the coast of Northern Ireland today after suffering engine failure.
After drifting 10 miles off the Irish coast, the Irish Lights Vessel, Granuaille, went out and took a line to it.
The ship is reported as being Belgian, although until late last year it was registered in Cyprus.
