Inland Dry Cargo Vessels and Tankers

Spent many hour searching the net with little success, Can anyone point me towards a reference for the above please?

I would like to know more about them and am looking for a listing of vessels operating in Europe if that is one exists somewhere either on the net or maybe a publication?

There is also a superb annual publication. It is in Dutch but is available in the UK. Try googling Binnenvaart 2014.

I had both those sites bookmarked and I was searching everywhere for them so I could help Rob but I couldn't find them.
I bought a new PC some months ago and I guess those links were not transferred.
Now I don't need to re-install my old hard drive in order to find them!
