You can watch VIDEO AIS replay between the 2 ships SIDERFLY and CORAL IVORY on vesselfinder
click here to see the video

The video reveals that the responsible ship for the collision is CORAL IVORY. Maybe the ship was sailing with irresponsible speed.

Congratulations, Popeye. I really do not know why we have accident investigators (and lawyers) when there are experts such as your good self who are able to apportion blame on the basis of a video lasting a few seconds and without seeing/hearing any evidence for example from conversations between the ships or with VTS controllers.

@Rexroth
Extreme caution and very slow speed is necessary when a ship leaves the Landeshafen Ostermoor to enter the fairway in the Kiel Canal.
Fact is that Coral Ivory left the Landeshafen with a speed of 5 kn, absolute criminal.

And why did the Coral Ivory leave at this speed? Engine malfunction? Misunderstanding of conversation between pilots?

Kiel Canal is still closed, today 3 ships left the Kanal because there is no schedule about salvage.
Bulker Cinnamon was waiting inside the Canal but turned around with 2 tugs and is now heading for Ust Luuga, containerships Pictor J. and Reinbek were waiting in the siding of Dueckerswisch, but at 13.00 hrs, both captains decided to turn around and are now heading for Kiel.

The salvage schedule for today is to pump the fuel from the tanks and the water from the flooded engine room. When the ship is after that still stable in position the pushing tugs can be released and diver should close the 3 holes with each about 5 m

Kiel Canal reopened again today at 13.00 hrs. LT, but only for ships with max. traffic group 3, these are ships with mx. 140 m lenght, and traffic is only one way in a small convoy as in SUEZ CHANNEL.

Some images and text in german language

The cargo ,urea in pellets- must be discharged now, and divers try to close the 2 holes in the hull, one hole has the dimensions of 8 x 5 meter

Don,t worry, how the accident happened or why,, both capt,s can be arrested and put in jail anytime, so no problem on finding the guilty one
NOW!!!,,,if we could get rid of the sailors,,how safe shipping would be !!!!!!!!
